Damaged or Missing Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery with:

• Your order number
• Photographs of the damaged item(s)
• Photographs of the packaging (if applicable)

We will assess the issue and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our Returns Policy.
