Our signature Awaken the Senses workshop combines aromatherapy education, interactive sensory activities, teamwork and a healthy dose of friendly competition!
Forget sitting through presentations. This is a hands on experience where colleagues get involved, work together, challenge their senses and discover something new.
It's an opportunity to step away from the everyday working environment, strengthen connections and enjoy a shared experience with plenty of laughter along the way.

Guess the Scent
Put your nose to the test! Smell different essential oils and see how many your team can correctly identify.
Picture Perfect
Can you match the essential oil to its botanical photograph? Discover the plants, flowers, fruits and leaves behind familiar aromas.
From Plant to Bottle
Put the essential oil production process in the correct order, from growing and harvesting through to distillation and bottling.

Explore the aromatic notes used in blending and work together to identify which essential oils belong in each category.

The Aroma Bucks Challenge
Throughout the experience, teams collect Aroma Bucks by completing challenges, answering questions and demonstrating teamwork.
There may even be opportunities to earn bonus bucks from our facilitators!
At the end of the challenges, the team with the most Aroma Bucks is crowned the winner, with a little treat to celebrate.
Learn, Blend & Create
After the team challenges, it's time to put your new knowledge into practice.
With guidance on essential oil safety, dilution and blending techniques, each participant creates their own personalised aromatherapy blend to take home.
Choose from workshop themes such as winding down and relaxation or uplifting and focus inspired aromas.
Everyone leaves with their own creation, new knowledge and memories of a shared team experience.

Materials: All essential oils, blending supplies and workshop equipment provided.
Group incentives: Complimentary places may be available for larger bookings.
Travel and accommodation costs, where applicable, are quoted separately.

Join us at the RoxEssential Wellbeing Hub in Northampton's Grosvenor Centre for a relaxed, hands-on introduction to essential oils.
Unlike our extended corporate team building experiences, these smaller workshops focus on the foundations of aromatherapy and creating your own blend.
