Delivery Policy

We aim to dispatch all orders promptly.

Delivery Times

● Standard UK delivery is typically 3–5 working days from the date your order is placed.

● Delivery times are estimates and may vary during busy periods or due to courier delays.

● If your order has not arrived within 7 working days, please contact us and we will investigate.

Returns & Refund Policy

At RoxEssential, we want you to be delighted with your purchase.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your order arrives damaged or develops a fault, please contact us as soon as possible.

To help us process your claim, please provide:

● Your order number.

● A description of the issue.

● Clear photographs of the damaged or faulty item and, where possible, the packaging.

Where appropriate, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund in accordance with your statutory rights.

Change of Mind (Online Orders)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations.

You must notify us within this 14-day period if you wish to cancel.

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Returned items must:

● Be unused and in a resaleable condition.

● Include all original packaging where reasonably possible.

● Be returned at your own cost unless the item is faulty or supplied in error.

Refunds will be made to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or receiving evidence that they have been sent back).

Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or unsealed where they are no longer suitable for resale, unless they are faulty.

This includes opened essential oils, body oils, shampoos and other sealed personal care products.

This does not affect your statutory rights if a product is faulty or not as described.

Products

We make every effort to ensure product descriptions and photographs are accurate.

As many of our products contain natural ingredients, slight variations in colour, aroma and appearance may occur between batches.

Product Safety

Our products are intended for external use only unless otherwise stated.

Please:

● Read all instructions before use.

● Carry out a patch test before first use.

● Keep products away from children and pets.

● Avoid contact with eyes.

● Never apply undiluted essential oils directly to the skin unless specifically instructed.

If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a medical condition or are taking medication, please seek advice from a qualified healthcare professional before using essential oils.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.

Pricing

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (£).

We reserve the right to amend prices at any time.

Orders

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

● A product is unavailable.

● An obvious pricing error has occurred.

● Fraud or misuse is suspected.

Any payment taken for cancelled orders will be refunded promptly.

Liability

RoxEssential accepts no liability for products used contrary to the instructions provided.

Nothing within these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.

Cancellation Policy

Online Orders

Orders may be cancelled before they are dispatched.

Once dispatched, your cancellation rights are covered by our Returns & Refund Policy.

Workshops

Workshop bookings cancelled more than 7 days before the event may be transferred to another available workshop at our discretion.

Workshop bookings cancelled within 7 days of the event are non-refundable.

Massage Appointments

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notice may be charged in full. £10!non refundable deposit to be made upon booking.
